We produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil, mixed seasonal vegetables, legumes, some varieties of fruit and eggs from our happy hens. We also really like to collect and reproduce the edible wild herbs that grow spontaneously on our land and we often include them in the basket because Puglia is still a reason in which, and fortunately, people are very attached to peasant culinary traditions, which included the use of wild herbs. And, our doors are always open...While l'Onda Fertile is a small rural family business, it is essential to widen our circle and create communities, opening our doors to anyone who wishes to share and gain experiences in agriculture and nature or to passing travelers looking for inspiration.The different forms of hospitality available are:WWOOFing: The Italian association WWOOF ITALIA promotes equal exchange between people who want to gain experience in agriculture and natural rural projects. By subscribing to the association, it is possible to access the network of companies-educational centers spread throughout the country and abroad.Camping in nature: a part of our land is intended for the hospitality of free travellers, who love contact with nature and the tranquility of the countryside. It is possible to pitch your own tent, park with your camper\/van\/caravan or use one of the tents made available by Onda Fertile.
